Once set-up with a username and password, you will be able to sign in to the secure web management system.

1. Submit A Ticket
   Once signed in, you can create a new service ticket and choose between standard or emergency. If you choose standard we will arrive on site within a four hour window.
2. In Case of Emergency
   A technician will be assigned within minutes along with a senior service engineer who will gather pertinent information regarding the the emergency while the field service technician is en-route.
3. Technician En-Route
   As soon as the technician has been assigned to your call an email will be sent to let you know we are on our way.
4. Arrival
   Upon arrival our technician will begin to update the ticket with the progress of the repair.
5. Completion
   The field service technician will complete or mark for follow-up. Once updated, you will be notified via email of the status, either complete or follow-up needed. As always our concern for security is foremost in our mind and accordingly all email notifications will only communicate status and no other sensitive information will be communicated. You can view all details through the secure site when logged-in.

As simple as clicking your preferences, you may run reports by trouble code, location, ticket type, service, installation and inspection.
